I've been wanting a JAE stock, but a) expensive b) HEAVY

So, I've been on the fence on getting it, but I'd trade my AR-15 (STI lower and Stag upper) for that stock in heartbeat

Nice LRB M25. What barrel do you have on it, and how well does it shoot? I'm condemplating getting one myself. IS that at 50mm objective scope or a 40mm?

It's a stainless Krieger heavy barrel.
It's a 40mm objective lens (Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x40mm), low ARMS22 rings - just barely clears the hooded aperture.

Do you do anything for a riser? That scope looks a very long way off of a cheek weld?

I love the wood. Changes the look so much on these guns.

I still have to figure out the riser. It is a bit of a chore to keep steady without one but I still managed to hit a can of Red Bull dead center at ~100m

This is one of the best matches I've ever had between POA and POI.

My best group of 3 today (even with a cold).

I decided to ditch my Burris rings, and put on ARMS22 LOW with inserts for the 1" tube.

Today's target:

After fiddling around with the scope, I shot the bottom left, then the top left.
I was getting too excited to see the group that the last shot, I pulled it (got a flyer).
(when I shot the bottom left, my scope was dialed 1MOA to the right)
Ah well, maybe I'll go back Monday.

I was using Hornady Steel match 168Gr BTHP.

Was Coast Guard Anti-Narco, so hes been in more tense situations than a Marriage Councillor.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to shoot 20 rounds at a narrow steel target that was about
120 yards away using nothing but the Magpul MBUS PRO iron sights... all 20 rounds hit steel.
