25m is for making sure you're on paper.

Or for fun, or for practice, or for why the fvk not.
Where's your group?
Nice shooting op, keep at it.
Anything can be used for a rear bag, fill a sock with jellybeans if you have to. I'd think any gun store would have something in the form of a bag though. That said, scrap the bag, fold up the pod, and get on your feet. Shoot the rifle in the style it was made. Dump some mags and make it glow. It's more better...![]()
thanks for all the kind words and suggestions, guys. i really appreciate it.
what is a good bean bag that i should look in to getting for the butt stock?
I use jsa tactical, skullboy on here is the manufacture.
thanks.
i notice that they have three sizes. which one should i be getting? do they come filled or do i need to fill it myself?

This group should be the result you get at 100 yards, you know you are on paper... Good shooting... JP.
Glad you had fun though, honestly thats what this is all about anyway.
I'm also super happy you own an AR, we need more people like you!
Yes. That said people can become members, at which point they are members.
BTW - 100 yds is quite close for a rifle. You will have no problem hitting paper with that rifle and that load.
my scope is a leupold mark ar mod-1 3-9x. is that enough or do i need higher magnification?
I put Airsoft pellets in my rear bag, no smell and they won't hold moisture. Can't remember who made mine, was a CGN'er though!
Also, nice group!
