My hunter snapped a pic of me at my favorite moose calling point. Chest waders and bino harness don’t help my trim figure but it’s a cool shot.
He shot a bull here a couple days later.

Stunning photo. That would look amazing on the wall. I have one very similar that I shot in Woodland Caribou PP looking east down Telescope Lake. Is that a plane in the background? My eyes were a little better when I used to wear younger man's clothes

Caribou that popped out long enough to pose for a photo while deep in Yukon bush hunting for moose. This guy followed me and my buddy around for the day. Too bad no tag. He was a bruiser.

It is a plane, a Dehavilland Otter, taking off. The picture was taken not too far from Woodland Caribou Park really, about 175 miles east on Sept 22.

That thing looks so magnificent in that moment, even with a tag in my pocket I don't think I would shoot it.
