I replaced the side rails on the foregrip with slim grips:
I replaced the bottom rail with an integrated angled grip:
I replaced the right safety selector with an AK-style selector:
And the left safety selector with an AR-style selector:
I also replaced the stock with an adjustable AR stock:
yeah, but i want instant gratification, do they start letting HKparts.net stuff out of the country again? Last time i tried and got a big fat no. Plus it hurts my balls to get a genuine 300$ stock and hack it up to fit it.
Yeah. 3d Printed. The parts take around 2-6 hours to print but it took a lot of trial and error.made by 3-d printer? if so how long did it take ya?
I printed a buffer tube that mates with the housing. It replaces the lever that adjusted the collapsible stock. Can you explain how you changed the stock?

Anyone have an issue with the mags expanding when fully loaded?
Ha! I never counted how many I stuffed in there. I made clips to prevent that expansion but my mag couplers also solved that issue. If by "fully loaded" you mean 24 rounds, yes lol. This issue exists with literally ALL gsg magazines. Every single GSG gun I've owned, at least. That's why they advertise the mags as 22 round mags. Most will accept 24 rounds no problem, the odd one will accept 25 but as soon as you start loading more than 22 rounds you risk having the separation issue you've encountered.
If you are just loading rounds until it stops you, keep count. You'll see.

Looks good buddy.
Ender 3? I might be able to help you with that mild elephants foot...
Yes. Ender 3. Please help me with the elephant foot.

I fought with elephants foot for months. It was really annoying considering my main use of the printer is for parts that fit together and need to be dimensionally accurate. I found in my case it was related to bed level. I couldn't believe that at first because I was using a BLTouch... but it's true. As long as my bed temp is no higher than 50 degrees and the bed is perfectly level I don't get it anymore.
I print on the back side of the Creality glass plate. The side without the coating. Any bed temp higher than 50 degrees will give me elephant's foot.
Make sure your slicer settings aren't configured to squish the first layers too much (initial layer height? Don't quote me on that).
The most important thing, though, is to spend a #### ton of time levelling. Even if you have a BLTouch. For me I found the BLTouch would get it close but not perfect enough to fix the elephant's foot. Once in a while I live level with a large square test pattern only 1 layer thick. Then let the BLTouch do it's thing and then baby step the Z offset until it's absolutely perfect.
Worst case scenario you can adjust initial layer thickness to be just slightly less than normal layer thickness to compensate for it. Or print with a raft. But you should be able to avoid these two tips...
Also avoid Hatchbox black PLA. Just the black. For some reason I can't understand it's really bad for elephant's foot. Running it side by side with EconoFil from Filaments.ca and I would get noticeably worse results with the Hatchbox no matter what temperature the nozzle was at.
You're pretty close, you aren't far off. One or two tweaks and you should be golden.
Got my conversion kit in today. Unfortunately the lighted forearm doesn't fit with the OEM barrel shroud. Light is too fat, and hits the shroud. Will fit once I get the short barrel.

Actually I took my 5 mags out today, loaded them till I couldn't put any more in. Not one did I see separate a bit.
