You need to print your rail delete with mini rail :D

Anytime! Just hope it helps people out. No idea why it got “age restricted” though. I have a video on how to remove a norinco M-14 barrel, and it didn’t get “age restricted” at all.

Not my gun, just doing the barrel install on it, but I was pretty impressed with the print. Fit was pretty damn good, and overall an excellent design. Have you ever outsourced the printing and had it done in glass re-enforced nylon via SLS?

I find if you upload using a mobile device, you can skip the age restriction. But if I upload using my laptop, I'm forced to select an option.

Yes I have actually, getting the kinks worked out on that process but it might just work out. Really was hoping to a CNC version but the cost is just too high to get rolling.
 
I ordered a Brownells handguard to put on my gsg16.

It is being held at the border for the last week. Anyone experience the same thing? Not sure if I should contact "border services" or wait.

Maybe that f&%$in idiot justene gave them more bad info.
 
Hi, I tried scrolling through to look for it, but has anyone been able to sling their GSG16? I want to put a traditional 2 point sling on, will try Mapleseed if things get going and want to run the GSG.

I used a rail clamp I bought off Amazon for this single point sling, or you can move the clamp to the front of the rail and attach a sling thru factory stock.

These will work if you remove the side rail on the front grip I believe.

So ive gone through most of the 140 pages but i cant find what replacement handguard is working best?

Right now my GSG is bone stock and im just looking to get rid of the cheese grater before they ban all the Airsoft parts

no fancy light, no short barrel. what is easy and needs the least fabrication from me.

Frankly if your GSG is stock, then there is a 3D printed "SD" grip you can get which just slides over the stock handguard.

Used one for a while before upgrading to the GSG5 kit.

Is that the corn cob one or the smooth one?
I like the smooth wedge/triangle style more.

But slip on is ideal! Easy

DropTheBomb noted SD grip so neither version that you're thinking of from the sounds of it. The SD grip is basically a ridged tube. Reference here for how it looks:
