The handgun panic sell is getting out of hand

The EE reminds me of the audio noobie Klipsch crowd selling their modern Klipsch speakers. They got hosed 100% at the dealer for junk that sounds like crap. The speakers are so great but just not for them and their used selling price is still more than what you can buy them for new if your want to spend 2 minutes looking. "Save the tax" on a used and questionable item seems to be the modus aperandi.

Don't see many (or more) handgun fire sale adds and I'm on the site quite often.
As always good priced stuff moves in hours, great buys in minutes.
Noticed some good deals on lower end ar's lately but happy with my m&p15.

Hope hg prices are not going to tank, just bought 4 and can't afford more with Xmas shopping coming up soon :(

The only people who need to panic sell are those with LNIB prohibited 4" Colt Pythons. PM me if you want to make a quick 200 bucks before the feds smelterize it.

Yea, the tax should be considered a loss right away and no matter how little it is used ( unless in demand due to age/model) should be @$100.under retail,,, however, it is a free market and the seller may ask anything they want but the buyers actually set the purchase price by their actions!

Forget the tax, I love the "worked on by somebody" for x amount of money so I'm adding that to the price. Like when I sell my truck I'm adding up all the oil changes and putting them in yhe total.

Many dealers will make you a personal discount code for you, 5% and 10% are easy to get, you have to call them and ask, if you did business with them previously it's even easier.

Don't forget the fuzzy dice hangin from the mirror, that should add a few bucks too! Kinda like having an extra set of grips for a 1911 and adding $200. Cuz it's custom!

I don't see cheap listings in EE, I see just back of new priced listings very consistently. For firearms. Accessories, reloading items, scope rings... those are the only deals to be found. If it's a firearm, I buy from a known retailer as a rule of thumb. Pay maybe $50 more and know that I didn't buy someone else's problem.

Like others have said, good deals only last a few minutes, Iam contstantly hitting refresh on my phone, been able to snag a lot of good deals a minute or two after they've been posted.

i agree, paying a little bit more for brand new make sense, i barely never buy a used firearm.
