I loved how he noted that in Canada we're allowed to just put a stock on our Non-Restricted Ranch Hands. It's probably the only time a guy from Tennessee would ever envy stupid Canadian Gun Laws in his smooth southern drawl.
I would GLADLY trade a 8.5inch barreled shotgun for the possibility to use a suppressor, fire full-auto, and other fancy NFA items and constitutional Rights. The 6 month wait time is not really different that the shipping delay we get from some dealers here...We have one more advantage in Canada as well, as far as gun laws...in the USA a shotgun barrel must be 18 inches or more.
In Canada, from places like Dlask Arms, you can legally buy and carry an 870 with a 8.5", 12.5", or 14" barrel. They're $300,
and you can order them with a blade or brass bead front sight.

I found it odd that a Federal Stamp is required to add a full stock.
