lets get back to that sustained fire kit for your mg34 ....there were 2 styles one for the mg 34 one for the mg13 i have the one for my mg 34 and it works fits great i had both sets in my hands and you can tell the difference right away from the diameter of the collar that attaches to the butt end the mg 34 is much bigger .I cant take pics ..no camera but i will tell you that kit looks cool on the gun

the ejector sometimes will let the empty ride underneath it locks the gun up solid when I worked at the gunshop we had about four of these come in for jamming under the ejector ...all needed a new ejector and we locktited the little screws in so they would not back out

DILLIGAF, I like your pelican case for transport! I might have to make one of those myself ...

Though the original Portuguese Contract MG34 transport crate and original Portuguese Ammo crate work for now...

The TNW likes to run wet (IMO). I use lots of TW25B or Lubriplate and G96 to keep ‘em running slick. Spare ejector pins, rollers, ejector plates, and the updated trigger lightening kit are essentials as well.

Let us know how it goes!

Those original transport cases are sweet :)
I use super lube that I get from Greggs to lube mine up it works really good
My first 34 had the outer rollers fail and it was a pain trying to find replacements
Got lucky and found a set with the clips in Germany
I actually just bought a demilled bolt to use for parts
Ejector plates are hard to find too and the ejectors that TNW sell are not very good the orig German ones are the best

I’ll have to check out Greggs for that Super Lube. :)

If anyone has a spare Ejector Plate for sale, I’m looking for one.

Dilli, when are you coming with that bad boy? Can't wait to see it!

Taking the 12pm ferry, stopping at Rammy's shop ( he wants to see it for some reason and want to look thru the trijicon 1-8 ) and should be in Chilliwack around 6ish :)

Ill text you later with more concrete info :) Hopefully I dont forget it at home that would be a real shame...

Great! Dinner will be on the table. Confirm ETA when you cross the pond.

Dilli, if you want to keep driving east I put on a mean spread. I’ll do up some prime rib and lobster for ya, with all the trimmings. I’m sure we could find somewhere to blast the MG34 here in New Brunswick. It might add a couple days to your trip though.

Hi Desert_Fox. If you are looking for ejector plates, a while back, Reidar from Bergflaks lounge said he had a pile of them for $40 USD each. The ones i got from him where NOS and work perfect. It could be a good place to look if you cant find any in canada.

Nice transit crate BTW!
