The New Colt Python Officially Unveiled

After a 2 weeks wait for delivery, Python 4,25" arrived.
Superb polishing, very nice short trigger.
I installed a front FO sight.
Be very careful upon removing the grip panels; two pins are imbedded on the right grip panel and a little removable plastic part goes through the bottom of the frame and protrudes both sides; very tight fit.

Finally Dan!

Enjoy your 2020 Python. Don’t forget to post pictures!

Here is Python with a fiber optic front sight from Brownell's and genuine petroleum ivory grips from Boone trading.

Thanks to Harry Callahan for the coaching.

Awesome Dan. Looks beautiful, I’ll have to clean both of mine to get that polished look!

Here's DanRR's new 4¼" Python:

I gave both of mine a good clean today, it makes the beautiful polishing from the factory pops out. Obviously far from my now gone 1990 Ultimate Bright Stainless 6" Python but they are still very nicely polished.

Here's a few pictures for comparison.

My old 1990 Ultimate Bright Stainless Steel, this one is a real Ultimate BSS confirmed by Colt:
