The NEW KING is taking off!

The .375 Ruger may in time prove to be the new king, but I would sure like to see Ruger do something equally royal in 9.3!!!

Firstly, the only royal thing they have done is a royally good marketing job. Second, the 9.3x62 is just about as good as the Ruger anyways, and if not, then th 9.3x64 certainly is! But you never know, they may try to reinvent the wheel again...:D

I have read this thread carefully and have come to some conclusions:

Dancing bananas suck. Big time.

And the true genious of 375s was Bonez albeit ~ 90 yrs late lol. But he's a hick hillbilly and didn't know that the 38-55 was the parent cartridge of the 30-30.

But I digress.

Nester, stick to washing balls and wiping bums.

Gate, time for a new sig line ;)

And,

The 375 Ruger is indeed one of the best developments in cartridges in the past several decades. To me, mostlly because its wildcat potentials are extremely interesting.

K. carry on;

love Salty. :p

Oh Salty, it's all fun and games. Right? It is just a joke...isn't it? Folks don't actually think there is a new King, do they?

PS - nobody has answered my question from a few pages back - is there any pricing on the Howa yet?

Of course it is. Its winter, we're bored. And there's too much rain to steelhead fish here and that's a whole other story, don't get me started

All right then, one more dancing 'nana :dancingbanana:

I remember reading in so many different threads about the 30-06 being a has bin because there are so many cartridges that out perform it and now I am reading that 30-06 trajectories are one of the reasons why the 375 Ruger is so great...

Go figure...

30-06 is indeed boring, but it's still the most popular .308 caliber out there...

Ah my dear fellow.

Its a 30 cal. Now I am beginning to understand why you are so delusional.

Not delusional at all...

The 30-06 cartridge is .308 caliber. If you lack that basic knowledge-knowledge that is available virtually anywhere- then I suggest you have a basic lack of knowledge of rifles, calibers and cartridges.

Sorry dude, but if you can't figure out a 30-06 uses .308 caliber bullets your opinion on virtually anything is a joke:p
