The NECG sights are very nice. I put a set on my 375 and like them alot. I used steel Weaver type bases, so the QD rings weren't a huge expense.

I have the exact same set on my 404 and they are awesome !

No, you're not mistaken. The diameters of the holes in the target are indeed less than the diameter of the bullet. As mentioned earlier, I flattened out the rough edges of the holes. Actual diameter of the holes is about .31"

Here's a picture of the rear of the the target with the caliper set at the outer edge of the discolored ring around the hole. Pretty much .375"

You're not alone. I thought the bullets were soft points but I was wrong also. Apparently there was the possibility they were solids, part of the munitions possibly used by a UFO.

I prefer to suck it up and eat mine fresh killed. Old killed crow is MUCH harder to eat.
