What does mountain goat taste like? Hunting them looks like serious effort. It's a game animal I have seen but never had the opportunity to hunt.

Thanks felonius and longbranch, and threemore it's very good, a lot like elk or sheep. Some old billies are tough, but overall one of the best meats on the mountains.

Nowhere else like it Mudduck, do a fishing-hunting trip. Traveled a lot of places in the world and haven't found a more beautiful one yet, but it's home so I'm biased.
