I had one of these a couple years ago in .22-250, and it's one of the few rifles I miss after selling it.
I buy and sell quite a few, and usually I don't think much about them afterwords. This rifle, however kind of "haunts" me. It was just that perfect for me, in fit and function. This model is of course, the Light Varmint Stainless Fluted model 700, with a 22" barrel and blind box magazine in a nicely designed kevlar factory stock. At 6 3/4" pounds, it is a real sweetheart. Of course, it has been discontinued.
I hope to find another at some point...
Do any of you own one and if so - how do you like it? If you have one in .22-250 you may consider selling at some point, please let me know and I'll start saving for it.
I'd love to see some pictures of these, set up with scopes.
