Thanks Griffin, yours does appear the same. If you get the chance to try other mags, let me know.
This is fully seated with the match latch resting in the receiver, tightening it just pulls the button tighter into the spring and makes the threads protrude from the button... the only way I think I can get it to protrude further into the magwell would be to machine the receiver somewhat where the latch seats, or modify the magazine latch itself with a grinder around the stem and remove some material ?
This has what to do with this thread exactly?
Shawn
His original post was in this thread I believe. Looks like it’s been chopped out and put in their sub forum.
Are people no longer allowed legitimate complaints against sponsors?
On the right side, I have 2 small silver dents on the bottom of the magwel. I also noticed a machining mark right in front of the mag release on the left side. Overall it doesn't really bother me but will try to cover up those dent marks.
One of my sets has a fair sized chip out of it. I think TeeJay has two receiver sets that are chipped in the exact same spot. I’m not too happy that Arms East deleted both of our posts.
Black Sharpie, Seems to work for the SLRs...lmfao....
Still messed up you got your post deleted tho ! Thats pretty shady ! I like to put the dings and scratches on myself![]()
Maybe the Eclipse is better, I am not sure. Just my experience with the 24 3G which I believe has since been rebranded/updated.

Couple things to note:
- The stock trigger is awful. I've built dozens of rifles and this one is by far the worst. There is definitely some inconsistency with these. Early reports were that the triggers were pretty good.
- The takedown pin baaaarely fits in the lower receiver. It needs to be hammered in and out of place. AE offered to replace the pin, but it's the receiver that's out of spec. Hopefully it wears in, or I'll just hone it out myself. Not willing to send it back and wait for a replacement. Just something for others to be aware of.
There is no creep whatsover in the eclipseI still havent fired it yet though, but I can't see how that would make a difference.
Nice that's awesome. I really liked the weight, but maybe my experience was why they were revamped.
Excited to try my Timney Calvin Elite.
