Yes. The MP5 is extremely easy to make full auto, that is the reason it is prohibited by name.

You would have to replace the entire trigger pack with a full auto one and on current models that would require modifications to the MP5 or the trigger pack..... not more difficult than many semi-autos out there that are still non-restricted.

I've had the chance to fire the shortened version of the Austyer F88 on repetition and full auto while I was overseas. By far the best bullpup I've had the pleasure of trying. Would love a semi auto only civi model.
