So we have now 2 generations of t97 and still no replacement part support? Lol Somebody needs to get on this. It's the t97s biggest drawback in my eyes

That post is now from a full year ago, and is an individual's e-mail. Is that email even still valid? North Sylva is ridiculously tight lipped with their contact information for a company that is the sole importer and warranty center for many firearms. I had ordered replacement parts for my Tavor, I had part numbers for them and everything and it was still like pulling teeth (And I had to to through SFRC because I wasnt getting an answer from them directly).
Some of the parts they didn't have in and WOULDN'T order in, the rest were in stock but I was still kept waiting two months for them after being given an ETA of two weeks.
I'm having huge issues finding a place that can thread a T97.
Shops are too busy, or can't do it? I'm assuming you mean the barrel.

How hard is it to get down to just the barrel so it can be put in a lathe?
And how hard is it to get the flash hider off (pinned? pressed?)?
Contact Gunco here in Ottawa.
Cheers
Jay
X2 Jason does good work, best to visit in person.
Shooters edge doesn't reply to emails.
I sure won't be visiting Ottawa in person. But at this point shipping would be worth while.
Anyone else see this?
I contacted North Sylva and they had zero interest in bringing in gen2 mag releases on their own (no surprise there, I guess), so hopefully these will be available instead!
