Sorry. Already got the grey one yesterday. There was a camo one left. Lol.

I think itl get in the way of the mag release but meh. Cool to have.

Also I need to make another rail for my other brass catcher.
 
Hey guys, I need some help here :)

I'm really tired of the small, hard-to-press, right-side-only, mag release on T97. ( gen 2 is not my option for now :) )

What do you guys think about installing a `Magpul Enhanced AR Magazine Release` to T97, will it fit? I guess probably not, is it possible with modification? what kind modification do I need?

or is there an alternative way to have T97 ambi mag release? (not big fun of the lever mag release from hical) Thanks!
 
^ I ask/look into the same thing every few months or so lol- I have some plans of making the Factory one an Ambi. but been putting it off. I thought about modding an AR one as well, but the AR one's are larger. There are some decent DIY mods, if you search online, gave me few ideas. Probably won't be too difficult to do yourself, however, Saving me a possible 'screw' up, I'd like to just find a pre-made one to install, the couple that are out there I dont like either, too big & bulky. Will a Gen II swap in? If so, can they be ordered I wonder?

I am 99% sure gen 2 catches will swap in, Ill try it with my friend's gen2 next chance I get. North Sylva won't bring in any extras because they're North Sylva.
 
Alight, kool. Thnx! Would like to find out, then push somewhere to get one in! Seems like a common sense part to get in, but maybe they want to sell you a whole new rifle instead-
 
I upgraded the rail on my other one. The hole distance on a 10/22 top rail is perfect for the LHG once the holes are made bigger and the rail is shortened.

That was being sold by "China PLA Supplies," or something close to that.

...I was the guy who asked if he could get a hold of them for sale. :)

I have not tested either the OD cloth model or the Marine model yet, but gave Xia as much feedback as I could concerning how the QBZ 95 and Type 97/ gen 2 diverge for possible future offerings.

All said and done, Xia was a fantastic seller to work with, and I was hoping to have some more feedback for him.

...Seeing as others have discovered him before I could report, I will be sure to forward this page to him.
