The TAVOR

Received my rail from 999 today, and it is the perfect fit for me and an ACOG. :)

Now the Tavor is complete, and I can finally get out and get shooting. :sniper:
 
I see you have a TA31F (16'' barrel) how does the BDC fit in all of this. Since it's a 18.7'' barrel i'd guess the TA31RCOA4 (20'' barrel) would do better?

So by the looks of it the Dlask rail is the lowest you can get and the 999 rail is perfect for ACOG. Good to know there are options out there for the market.

I'll have to spend a bit of time to see at what ranges the BDC will correlate to, but as I'll not be shooting at anything more than squeeks and yotes from 50m to 300m it'll be pretty much wasted on me. The scope is almost exactly 4" over the bore (center to center) with this setup, which I assume will change things also.

More to come if the temps get up to the forecast levels this week.

Just got my 999 rail today. Nice piece of kit. Puts the optics at a good height. Here's a few I mocked up tonight. Plus, the barrel wrench comes in handy. :)
