Hard to say for sure. I think I picked it up for around $550 from TradeEx. The stock was about $60, trigger $80, recoil pad $35 and front sight $56 and 15. So add that up and it's around $800 when it's all said and done. The rear sight was made from material we had on hand so it cost nothing really and the glass bedding compound was also on hand. I'm sure with any odds and ends it would still be under $1000. I figure my time on a project of my own is worth a comparable amount to that of a sweatshop labourer so it doesn't add much to it.

Still, I would not hesitate to do another project. Just need to find the right one and go for it.

Thanx bud I have been contemplating doing a similar project and was wondering if it was worth it. I would definately say that it is. I'll have to do some more planning :)
