The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

Now I've annealed, deprimed, resized, tumbled, mandrel'd the necks and chamfer'd the mouth on 300pcs of PMC 223 brass. Plinker loads for my son's Tikka CTR - I think I'll try 53gr Sierra HP over a handful of powders and see what it prefers the most. I was using 55gr Campro FMJ and 55gr Hornady SP but they shoot pretty "loose"
Having fun with load dev. Tod is going to like this one. 
Reloaded another batch of .223 to test the next calm day I can get to the range. Way back, I used a 3-round OCW ladder type test to look for the sine wave pattern talked about.
23.6 and 25.0 fit that.
Tried halfway between as well, due to that 3% rule.
Those should have been solid.
Tried an anti-node of 24.7. That was supposed to suck.
Reality: 23.6 was good the first 5-round group, then the velocities started to climb for future groups, and the groups got worse.
The four 25.0 groups were all under 1/2 moa. Velocities climbed for that load over the morning, but the groups remained stable.
The (hopeful) 24.3 group sucked donkey balls.
The supposed anti-node was the 2nd best load overall. Sound familiar, Tod?
Now Tod is grinning or laughing.
New batch just made will test 23.6 and 25.0 again, and I didn’t clean the barrel this time. So I’ll see if this barrel speeds up as it warms up, or if it behaves this way after a cleaning.
Plus testing more lower charges just below 23.6 to find a lower velocity accuracy load, especially if this barrel like to speed up as you shoot it.

WOW! At Dale's suggestion I loaded his 155's really deep with the rebatrd boat tail at the junction of the neck and shoulder - turns out about .125 off!Loaded some 155 grain .30 Chinchagas today to try out in my 300 meter free rifle.

Interestingly, they have the same OAL as my 155 Match Kings at about. 015 off because of their shape.
Danged these were printing just over a minute on the steel at 500 meters with the sling'n'irons in winds that were gusting past 50 KPH!

I put together my first loads for my M95 Dutch Carbine (I'll keep this thread updated here: https://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/threads/dutch-mannlicher.2560970/ ). Hopefully on next days off I can get to the range to try these out.
Brass: Multi-step converted 303 British to 6.5x53mmR Dutch
Bullet: Lapua E471 155gr SP Mega (I was given these by a friend after a mutual friend of ours passed). I'm sure these are a little pricey of bullet to put through a 109 year old rifle that won't do them justice, but "Matt" would have liked to see them used
Primer: Ginex Large Rifle
Powder: 28.0gr IMR3031
Load data from Hornady manual for the 6.5x54MS

Only had 38 pieces of processed .223, so I filled them up with more loads to try. When I seated my 1st round and checked the length, I saw it was about 9 thou too long.
So the last rounds of the previous batch were probably too long. I checked in the beginning but didn’t check near the end (I’m used to my Redding die kicking butt), and this Forrester doesn’t seem to be as stable. Rookie mistake.
Even in those 38 rounds, I had to adjust it a couple times.
