The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

I've had a few 357 shells do the same thing with the primer coming apart. Really odd. Thought it might have something to do with wet tumbling or just crappy primers.

Interesting to see you have the same issue.

Some old Matrix Ballistics 300gr bullets for my .338 Norma. Even seated way out they still fit the mag and touch the lands. I'm not sure if they're a hunting bullet or a target bullet.

I just finished reloading 70- 7mm 150 grain Barnes xbt over 66 gr H4831 , and 40 -7mm 120 grain Nosler ballistic tip over 70 gr H4831
According to my books the last time I reloaded for this fun was in June 2009
Should be good for a while again lol

Wasn't feeling so hot this weekend so stayed in mostly and did a few rounds that were sitting on the bench.

50rnds of 7.62 Nagant with Trailboss and 88gr cast rn.
47rnds 8mm French Lebel revolver with Unique and cast RN.
Started on some 38Sp just to use up some 125gr cast and develop a load for the jug of Win AA Plus. If anyone has published pistol data for this powder I would be thrilled to hear from you.

Spent the weekend cleaning and sizing brass.
13 - 25-06 with 117 grain Hornady SST in Federal Brass.
13 was the end of the box . . . the 14th is a standard seated to the lands.
Testing with Re22, IMR4831 and H4831SC and Federal Match Magnum primers.

The Re22 load appeared to be the best so today loaded 20 rounds of 25-06 with Hornady 117 SST bullets and 51.0 grains of Re22.
Previously loading was just over 3000 fps.
With a change in the weather will try in the next few weeks over the Chrony.

November 25th: The first shot at 100 yards could not have been closer to dead center.

Then at 192 yards, using the first dot below the + hairs ( a DOA reticle) a two inch group which is a minute of deer.

Then adjusted so the + hairs were on at 192.

Looks good for practise.
