The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

And now I just finished 60 rounds of 44-40 with 200 gn XTP HP using .430 bullets for a Miroku 92 and a 94 which I'm pretty sure have .429/.430 bores. Used another of Ken Waters loads using 4227.

Finished off my 357mag. brass with a 158gr. SP over 10.5gr Blue Dot, then loaded some 38 special with 130gr. LSWC over 5.6gr SR-4756.

Ready for some OCW load development.

30 rounds of 338 Lapua. Hornady 285gr HPBT.
102gr of US869, in virgin Lapua brass, coal of 3.675, GM215m primers.
Going to compare to Retumbo and H1000 loads in a few weeks.

50 rounds of .308 for load development in a Norinco M305. 165gr Hornady SST's, new Winchester fully processed brass, CCI 200 primers, and IMR4895. starting at 38.0 grains and working up in .5 grain increments as a general sweep, 5 rounds of each charge weight for a total of 10 different charges. Once I find which general area it likes, say the 40.0-41.0 range shoot best I'll do the same thing again with 0.2 grain increments to dial it in.
Also doing the same with .30-06, same components, made up 33 rounds as that's all I had for once fired brass laying around.
Buying a .223 this week for the simple reason that I've discovered I love reloading and I can reload a LOT more for the same amount of money in .223 hahaha.

100 .44mag using 28.0 grains of H-110 and Nosler 200gr JHP's, 100 using 30.3gr of H-110 and stupid POS %#@$@#!!! Hornady 180 gr XTP's All I can say about these ones is that they sucked slightly less than the last few batches in that I only had to adjust about 20 of them. I wouldn't have bought them if there were any other 180's available. They suck, they really do.
And then using a new lot # of H-110 from an 8lb jug, I screwed up and overloaded 24.4gr of H-110 under Campro 240 gr TMJ's. Fortunately, I only loaded 25 of them so it won't be that bad to take them apart and back them down. The weird thing is that the powder off the top was slightly less dense as the 12 XTP loads that were finished off with the new lot only gained 1/10 of a grain. For future reference, I'll be turning the big jugs over to stir up and blend the contents before decanting to the powder measure. I know that different lot numbers can and do vary in density but I can't say that I've ever found a significant difference in the same container. Oh well, lesson learned before something bad happened. (and no, all the reloads for the dead thing used 1lb lots that were checked every time :p)

Yup! Soon as I have some free time, we should set up a chrono day. I'm gonna have a bunch of stuff to test soon.

I would love to run a few of the .243 loads I will be develoing for the new compact over the chrony then have you run he same load over it with your 243..... See how much velocity I lose....

Ran 37 rounds of 9mm through my new square deal until the boss shut me down because I woke up one of the kids. 124gr campro hollow point over 6.2 gr of hs6. I think this little press is going to be awesome
