The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

40 rounds of 223 last night - 20 rounds each during the 1st and 2nd intermission of the Flames / Leafs game. 55 gr Campro bullets over 27.5 grns of BL-(C)2 and CCI 450 primers. I've been shooting these out of my Ruger AR 556, they shoot quite well. I'll load up 50 or so again tonight.

My first attempt at pan lubing. These are 250 grain boolits from Jet Bullets sized to .452" and lubed by myself with SPG. They'll eventually be loaded over black powder and fired out of various 45 Colt guns. I'm reasonably pleased with the results but I've got my eye on a lube sizer.

I just loaded up two test racks for my new Weatherby Mark V Safari Classic in 375 H&H. I loaded 5 increasing loads with RL 15 and 260 Accubonds and I loaded 5 increasing loads with Win 760 and 300 gn Accubonds.
I'm getting all ready for an afternoon of 375 fun. I have test loads for my Sako A III Safari 375 H&H, my Ruger African in 375 Ruger, my Sako L61R in 375 Wby, my new Weatherby Safari Classic Mark V in 375 H&H and my 378 Weatherby Euromark using 325 gn Matrix bullets. It should be good for a head ache for a week or so.
I also have everything ready to go for a 243 Win afternoon, I have 5 rifles in 243 and I now have test loads and scopes for them all. All I need is a little co-operation from the weather and we'll get out and group and chrono them all. Won't be as "active" as a 375 afternoon but likely will have much less "hangover/recovery" time........

Those look pretty good for pan lubed. If the lube is really sticky or your cutter is a little big it's a heck of a mess. You have to pull apart and clean out the seating die every 10 rounds or when you see the OAL starting to shrink.

Always happy to see another BP junkie at work.

Loaded 50 44Russian with 4.5gr Unique and 200gr cast.

Next was 100 9mm looking for a load that will run the Luger recently acquired. 125gr fmj, 25 each with 4.9gr Unique, 4.5gr win231, 6gr SR4756, and 6.2gr SR4756.
All are on the higher end of the chart as my usual load of 4.2gr win231 wasn't cutting it.

Taking a brake at present but today is 243 day.
FLR, reaming and trim, chamfer and flash hole de-bur 100 brass. I refer to it as a full prep of once fired brass.
I set head space during the FLR in RCBS reaming die.

Finished 20 round of 243 and 100 gr BTSP for Ruger Compact for this week.

Next week is Roberts and 270 brass, clean full prep and prime ready for loading.

A re-loaders work is never done as long as you keep pulling the trigger.

Got busy and loaded up 120 204s yesterday........the brass has been sitting awaiting my attention for near on a year now.........finally "got 'er done".......I'm cleaning up the loading room and doing some loading as well, prepping 22-284 brass as well as 6mm-284 brass, got that mostly done today. Gathering up all the sh!t that's scattered all over my bench and counting brass and finding proper homes for the buckets of brass laying around here and there in various states of prep. Some I'm sure were segregated for a specific reason that I have since forgotten, so it's back to square one with the whole lot of it. Ah, the joys of winter reorganization..........maybe I should do a little more record keeping instead of weighing the same batch of brass 3 different times and then mixing batches and doing it all over again........never get bored anyway......early onset Alzheimers ???

About 150 44mag. Fifty 210gr Speer with Unique, fifty on H110 that I had forgotten about and the rest 200gr rnfp cast with 6gr titegroup. Got the Speer jacketed half price at Wholesale so wanted some fire breathing fun.
Edit: just occurred to me that I should have dug out the magnum primers for the H110... Wonder how that's going to work?

Today maybe casting if it's not too chilly. Probably do brass shotshells with black powder instead.
