The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

Decapped, wet tumbled, and dried 52 cases of 6.5prc. Then sized, primed, charged, and seated 140gr Berger hybrid target bullets into the Lapua brass with 61gr of Vihtavouri N570 powder.

Ran a couple hundred virgin Starline 22 ARC brass over the Redding .2225" neck mandrel, chamfer the case mouth and primed with CCI 450. Will be loading up some test loads with 62gr ELDvt over a number of powders to see what shoots best in my kid's Howa carbon stalker

Loaded some 6.5 PRC for pressure testing. 11 rounds of H1000 and 11 rounds of Retumbo. Decapped and then cleaned once-fired Sako brass, resized (1.5 - 2 thou bump), mandreled for .002 neck tension, primed (CCI BR-2s), charged, and capped things off with some Hornady 140 BTHPs laying around.

This is my first ever batch of hand-loads, so am very excited to get at it. Using:

Mighty Armory PUA decapping die
MEC Metallic single-stage
Short Action Customs modular resizing die + bullet seater
Derraco PCPS on-press priming tool
Autotrickler v4

Nice!

I saw some 6gt in action at the range earlier in the month. Such an impressive round. Must be a blast to hand load!

Tbh it was a plug’s play when I bought the rifle. The fellow had done the load development so I just carried on with what he was using.

I find I don’t need to trim brass nearly as much as other carriages though which is super nice!!

De-capped, wet tumbled, dried, and annealed 110 Lapua 6.5CM match cases. Ahhh….indoor annealing can’t be beat!

(The baking pan is my cooling tray and those red thingy’s are my fingertip protectors for moving hot brass around on the cooling tray.)

Sized 110 Lapua 6.5CM match cases. With this two die step, each case is absolutely identical. Shoulder bump is 1.5325” and neck tension is .002”.

Ready for primers, powder and bullets.

Finally got around to doing some reloading. I have piles of brass in various stages of prep but pulled out the 243, and loaded up 72 rounds. That was all the brass I had for that.

or all the brass I found, likely I'll find another dozen or so next week....
