Is that a Vault / Pelican ammo case with custom foam or factory-available foam you have there? I have a Nanuk 908 case that I would love to get a custom cartridge foam insert for, but I don't think there's any readily available option other than custom.

It is a Pelican Vault case. Steve & Shane from EM Precision sold those. That particular one has the capacity of 220 rounds of 6.5CM, 6.5x47L, or .308win. They are sold out of them (although I have three for various calibers). I think they replaced the Vault with a much smaller case. I’m not sure if they still sell them.

As far as the foam goes, my understanding is that they had them custom “drilled” for differing case sizes. I believe the smallest was .223rem, and the largest was .338LM. They also had their EM Precision logo melted into the foam. You can’t see it, but it is under the paper you see in the case.

Cut down some Federal Gold Medal 12 gauge cases, to make some 2-½" cartridges for an old English hammer gun.

I use a published recipe from the Lyman's book: 17.5 grains of 700x, a WinAA wad and 7/8 oz of #7 ½ shot. Breaks clays nicely and won't blow up the old gun!

Resized, trimmed, cleaned, swaged, and primed a couple hundred 223 FC cases. We had a multi police dept training session at our range some years back. We cleaned up the range afterwards and came away with a couple 5 gallon pails of the stuff. Did that once with 308 as well, when we hosted a sniper competition. - dan

The other day I went crazy and made 12 different combos up for our pair of 22ARC rifles to test with the 62gr ELDvt bullet. Had a heavy range day the next day (7am to 2pm), conditions were prime for testing, cool and calm

Last night I made a hundred rounds of 22 ARC (62gr ELDvt over AR Comp, virgin Starline brass, CCI450) for my kid's Howa Carbon Stalker for this winter's coyote hunting

This morning I did a hundred 22 ARC for my rifle for same purpose. Same bullet, different powder (Varget, Hornady brass 1xF and CCI450)

Next up is some Barnes 70gr TacTx over StaBALL Match for the Howa in case need to shoot something big and mean lol
