Yes you can, all you need to do is fly your flag upside down, and troll liberals who say we don't need assault rifles.

There's a breaking point where too many laws = nobody cares about any laws anymore.
I was considering the reasoning why the Libs went after the XCR as well as the AR-15, and came up with something that may or may not have come up on this forum already.
Assuming this BS ban goes through, in two years the LAR-15 pistol and XCR micro pistol will no longer be "a pistol, commonly available in Canada" and therefore, the mags that go along with them will no longer be exempted from the rifle magazine 5-round restrictions.
Say goodbye to 10 round mags.![]()
I was wondering this too!
Not necessarily, there is another option. I won't go further but suffice to say there is a way around this.

With this logic, the only rifles left using AR mags would be the mossberg and ruger bolt guns. So technically properly marked 30 round mags would be good to go.
Explain your logic.
What i'm saying is his logic of "the legality of the magazine is based on the legal availability of the firearm it is made for" would mean that if all semi-autos using AR mags were prohibited the only firearms legally available to use AR mags would be bolt and pump rifles with no mag limit.
It's not the case at the moment but I don't think it is a viable logic because I doubt 30 round ar mags would ever become legal if they were only available for bolt guns.
I didn't realize ya'll registered your magazines![]()
Unfortunately that’s not how it works. The magazines are classified based on the firearm they were designed for, and LAR 15 mags are designed for LAR 15 pistols, and AR 15 mags are designed for the AR 15 rifle.
That’s how we were able to use the pistol mags in our rifles, and have more than 5 rounds in them. It’s also why, though, it can’t work the other way with a bolt action rifle and unlimited rounds.
I'm not following your logic. If LAR mags have a cap of 10 rounds because they're designed for a handgun, and AR15 mags have cap of 5 rounds because they're designed for a semi rifle, then why wouldn't mags designed for, say, the PAR15, a pump action rifle, have an unlimited cap?
As a strange aside, I was talking to a plumbing supply company today, and he said I was the 8th person this week to call about large dia pipe with endcaps. Sure must be a lot of irrigation going in.
