Maybe your are right but it is not very important, since the new ones are sub MOA rifles out of the box, they changed manufacturers but they kept the thight NM tolerances... JP.
JP you can screw a Krieger or Douglas match barrel onto a Norc receiver (or any other) and it will be "sub-moa" with the right handload as long as it was assembled by a good smith.
Where it matters is the quality of the barrel and who mated the parts (accurized the rifle). What I'm pointing out is, over the years the quality of the parts they are using has changed but the prices they are charging have not.
