This .22LR shortage is starting to piss me off.

About 10,100 there. Bought 500 more a little bit ago. I would still consider this nothing compared to others on here.

In the past few months, sold 4 bricks of CCI SV, a case (5250) of Federal bulk and two bulk packs of Remington Golden Bullets to CGN'ers at cost, so I'd like to think I'm sharing the wealth. I'm lucky that work has me all over Eastern Ontario so I hit up my regular LGS' at regular intervals.
 
Just got off the phone with cabelas. They are refunding the shipping charge. Offered a gift card but at the value of shipping. No double value like last time so I'm just getting a refund to my visa.
 
I was in cabellas in Nanaimo yesterday,they had 6 boxes,(not bricks ) of .22 shells....that's it.I got a brick of 'quiet '22 shells in Port Alberni,they had more than anywhere else.I haven't seen 'shorts' for awhile(my old Husqvarna RB is chambered in .22'short' and due to its age(over 100 years) I like to shoot low velocity shells as I broke the block on a regular shell)
 
I received my 5 bricks of AE today from cabelas. Just have to get a credit on the shipping. Was a pretty decent deal @ .06 a round. Ups just left it by my front door. I think I, m good on 22lr ammo for a while, unless another deal pops up
 
Got mine today, free shipping but as usual I am peeved at UPS. I live closer to their shipping point than their office in Kelowna is to the shipping point but they won't deliver to me, I have to go into the Kelowna office to pick up my packages.
 
to be fair, i don't think those bucket of bullets can be considered an amount added to total ammunition count in possession since every 3rd round will jam up a semi auto or not cycle it at all and every 8th round won't even go off when struck. just being jealous LOL :p you guys must not shoot .22 that often or you buy it often. seems i plink off bricks faster then i can keep them stocked.
current update to my area: very few 50 round boxes of various brands which i have pretty well dried up at this point. just the winny bulk and remy yellow jacket bricks available now. i'll take the bulk winny thank you ;) couple boxes of federal match but it'll be a cold day in hell before i pay $17 for 50rnds.
