This .22LR shortage is starting to piss me off.

Went on vacation with the wife and apparently they have a lot a few hours up north (almost 6 hours drive...)

Got my hands on 2 bricks Win Wildcat, 1 pack of 333 and 2 small boxes of ELEY Aguila copper plated. They had more on the shelfs but I left some for others and the wife was already looking at me for picking these up...

They also had lots of remington but I didn't pick any as it was either crap or more than I was willing to pay.
 
,just bought a case of American Eagle, 310 plus GST. (4000) rds. Walmart had 333 for 16. Shells are coming through little by little. I remember those that are charging a very high premium! That is there right, but I don't have to buy now or in the future.
 
I picked up one box of each sub,stnd, HV of the Aguila to try.price was around 11 cents a round. Pricey but I'll give it a go.It about 10 cents a round by the brick.

LGS Antler Creak Outfitters west Kelowna.They had tons of it in stock.Yah was also in CT today and saw the price was higher,Crooks!!
Checked my reciept HV SP $5.75 Sub Solid$5.99 40gr SV $5.50 cheaper for a brick though

Remember the first time I saw a bucket of bullets, think it was around 3-4 years ago at a CT, they were around $59.99.
 
Tested out the Aguila today with my new Savage mark ii tr. Pretty impressive one ragged hole with 10 Shots @50YDS with sub, opened up a little with SV but still mostly touching and the HV the worst about a 1" group.I'll be picking up a few bricks of the sub and sv.

The subsonic, the standard velocity and the copper plated high velocity. I can take a picture of it if you need it,most of the writing is in Spanish

Yes this seems to be good if its all ya can find and don't mind the price. I tired the sv and the copper hv in my cz and one hole at 30yrds and 2/3-3/4" @ 50yds. The 50yrds was one 10shot group with gusty winds so it can do better i think. I bought 3 more of each.
 
You have to look harder lol.... Today's deal Walmart calgary in Marlboro, full 500 rd box of rem yellow jackets again not taken out as singles so got the whole pack for 6.27$
That's 62cents per 100. Gotta love a crappy store this is the second time there last time same thing with a 500 rd box of wildcat.

i bought a brick of cci at lebarons for 35 dollars this weekend, But when i got it home relized it was cci quiet only 740 fps. it wont work in the wifs semi auto's. but should work in my bolt action.
