Yet another thread on the mighty Interweb where hunters freely bash other hunters for not doing things "their" way. Some days I wonder why the antis work so hard when hunters are quite willing to do it for them?
yes I agree.
those that want to sermonize others on the 'proper way' to hunt need to crack open the hunting regulations read them and shut up.
If its legal then its the proper way, anything else in just their opinion.
as for the old days using old beatup 4x4 trucks to drive cutlines and roads while drinking whiskey and using spotlights was a lot of fun but really not acceptable behavior anymore.
I remember using snowmobiles on the grass to recover animals, and once the snow was on the ground hunting was done from the machine. Some more enterprising hunters used smaller farm tractors in the bush or home built off road machines. Quads just make it easier now, and safer.
