That's cool if Roy got a good one, and maybe some are ok but I've heard that they can be a problem. Like the M&P, the firing pins have a tendency to stick in the extended position. If price is a factor and you're gonna take a chance on something, go with the M&P and you'll have a way easier time getting parts and service. If you can handle a function over fashion pistol, and it's comfortable, the Glock 17 won't cost you much more than the Taurus either. I don't own a Taurus so who knows, could just be viscious rumors.
