ive been wanting a 40sw for a while, i always end up with 9mm pistols when i set out to buy a 40.
now im planing on a M&P40 but looks like there are soo many different levels of the M&P40 (standard, pro, thumb safety, vtac...etc)
is there really a point i dropping the extra $ on the "higher end" ones, or are they just dressed up finishes (plus the thumb safety option...which i dont want)?
i know there was a small number of them that had the trigger recalled because some got stuck from a pin breaking... glock recalled their gen 4 recoil spring about 5x.. so ya...design flaws happen, and workers make mistakes.. problem was fixed i believe.
edit- ok..i pulled the trigger on it already lol...
but ya, how is it?
