I bought a SVT around 2 yrs ago that was drilled and tapped thru the receiver with 3 screws but I only bought her for parts, it made me cringe but it was worth it. Oohh and the previous owner also painted the stock and handguard matte black, which I quickly removed. I guess he was a bubba. Some people just don't respect the classics.
