gotta agree with the limbsaver. best money i ever spent. shooting my 300wm from the bench used to get "uncomfortable' real quick, but since the limbsaver, seems to me to be about the same recoil as a 30-30
Tikka T3 lite in a 300 win mag

My .300 Mag is the T3 Deluxe, wood stocked but still real light. A 150 TSX and a full load of RL-19 (don't quote me, but pretty sure it's 79.0 grs) literally makes holes in holes. You know you shot it, all right, but certainly not unmanageable recoil even with the slice of hockey puck Tikka calls a recoil pad.
