When it was an off the shelf 300 WSM, it fed fine. When Bill Leeper got ahold of it , it fed even better.:)

But that makes a case for my point- If it won't feed- Something is wrong with the rifle. Bill didn't do any work to the cartridge, just the rifle.:)
 
The 602-550 is a huge action that can take almost any cartridge. If you want .375 H&H + ballistics, you might want to consider a .416. Rigby or Remington? In this action my pick would be the Rigby. Ruger is supposed to be bringing out a .416, also, another choice for sure, but not really suited to this big action.
