Well, I see that Dlask will thread your SR22 for $65 so I was thinking more along the group buy principle...but yeah, I've never had a firearm threaded so I may be off a lot.

God yeah, I took my shorty Bits of pieces USC barrel to a local machinist my dad knows, and he did it for free. And that was for 16x1mm RH threading (not normal barrel threading)

Maybe 100 bucks I can see for threading... it depends on how complex the barrel system is, if it can go right into a lathe it shouldn't be that hard to thread em.
 
There don't happen to be any bolt action rifles that use magazines which fit an FAL or RFB? This rifle might have ended up replacing my M14, but I will keep it around if the 20rnd AIA mags function in an M14.

Why would owning one negate the other? Ive never sold a rifle ive owned, I just keep collecting lol.
 
Well I will probably end up keeping both, but I do need to buy a house one of these decades. If my gun cabinet gets any bigger I guess I could just buy a lot to place it on and move in. I would probably be driving a Ferrari by now if I had not been introduced to CGN - damn you EE!

Ha ha.. i hear you man.. this hobby is expensive. Worth every penny though..

I already managed to put money a side for the RFB.. hopefully it wont take too long until they are available (by Christmas would be nice).. Cant wait.. :)
 
Can we kill this thread so we do not give the antis a hard on for a ban before they are in the country? They do troll here...

There isn't a military or LE full auto version version and designed from the ground up as bullpup, so it can't function without the stock, you can't get any sporting than it.
