Time to Delete! Thanks

Relax yourself, I wouldnt buy this turd machine for dealer price in pesos.

Kel Tec will make these from scratch NOT dissasemble their turds and then reassemble the new turd with new barrel stamped .308

Kel Tec manufactures cheaply made guns and competes against other manufaturers of cheaply made guns, this turd will rattle itself appart and blow up in your face. :)

Have you actually even handled one? I have, is it cheaply built, no it's not. In fact it's fairly robust compared to a FS2000. Will it be perfect in use, that I can't answer.

3rd: Re chambering all Canadian RFB's officially in .308 Win.

does mean we can't use 7.62 NATO in it

.308 Win. and 7.62 NATO are opposite of the .223 and 5.56 deal.

Commercial .308 loads (meant for taking down medium and large game) are usually much hotter than 7.62 NATO, so its safe to put surplus 7.62 in a .308 win gun, as opposed to putting commercial .308 in an M1 Garand or something meant for nato 7.62, which can damage it.

Thanks for your help on this one :D

Yes I did handle it and my initial thoughts were turd :) I did not get to fire it tho, but I hated the cheek weld. It will probablly rattle your teeth and burn your face.

I did just pull the turd remark out of my ass :) on its function but its Kel Tec and every kel Tec gun I handled screamed turd and "is this a real gun". Untill these are actually in use for awhile I`m sticking to turd machine, that was my first impression and coincidently the FS2000 is a turd too IMO :)

If its cheap then the turd might be okay becasue I expect turdabillity from cheap stuff but if its over 2K then my expectations are much higher.

See my turd scale is relevant to price and pedigree.

I honestly can't imagine a better hunting rifle for use inside a couple hundred yards...

I wonder just how many of these are being made for Canada - I missed the first batch of Tavors and have a feeling I am going to miss out on the first round(s) of the RFB.

I am already counting my 'pennies':
-Rifle
-Spare Mags
-Barrel Threading
-More Optics
-More Brass...

Anyone know how many magazines will be coming with a rifle?

Well I think it is turdalicious and may just give it a try.

Can't be any worse than an AR turd ;)

BUT price speculation is not a good thing, if everyone thinks its gonna cost ###X amount and it cost a little more people are not gonna be happy.
I'm sure people here are smart enough to know that what we speculate here has no bearing on what the actual price will be.
This isn't a marstar thread ;)

Was a RFB sample provided to the RCMP or did they just issue a FRT number based on specifications?

This thread needs more pics and videos:

When these things get here anyone know a good place to have the barrel threading done? Yeah, I may be jumping the gun (so to speak) but that's the #1 thing I'll be doing...maybe we can convince some of the retailers to offer it (say $40 extra?)...by the way, the girl in the red in the pic above is fine indeed!

I think your pricing is not very realistic should add a 2 in front of the price and it will be more inline

I'm curious about the RCMP as well.

Their new modus operandi seems to be to let the entire massive shipment enter the country and then request another sample, then wait 10-24 month to rule that it was easily convertable to F/A (With access to a large machine shop, several armourers and gunsmiths, and 10-24 months of 8 hour days).
