Alliant's Promo
Have used Titegroup and most other powders. An all-round poweder is a good idea and has many applications. That's why I use Promo. It is sold in 8 pound containers in my region for C$95.00 per container.
It has the same burning properties of Aliant's RedDot powder, which is a tad slower, I believe, than Titegroup.
It works fine in 9mm, 40, 45, 38spl and 38spl+p. You can get some very nice moderate to medium loads to work very well in 44 special too. If you fire 357 magnum, Promo will give you half to 2/3 mag loads.
Add 14% to C$95.00 and divide by 8. You get around $14.00 per pound. 25 years ago I was buying WW231 for 13.00 a pound.
I also like Alian't new powder ClayDot and IMR's 700X. All are in the same range.
