Because they fit every definition of a non restricted semi auto, and they are not prohib by name. Belts are prior to 1945 so good to go for that too.

I'd be very interested in a NR 9mm ASR if the price stays around $600! Looks like a better quality option (no crappy plastic sights) than a SUB2K and easier on the wallet than a JRC.
