Hey folks,

I'm debating hard if I should pick up a 92fs or not so need your input lol.

I feel that I have enough guns already so it's really hard to decide. I'm thinking if I get it then I should sell one I already own and that may be a Glock 17 gen4 or SR1911 out of my collection.

The problem is I don't want to get rid of any of them but I really want a 92fs as well...

What to do...

Dont sell any just wait a bit longer and buy it, ive loved all of mine in fact one of my old ones is being sold by its current owner and if you get him down alittle in price youll be getting a very very good gun with some cool stuff on it.

" I really want" is the best reason there is to buy anything. The pistol must fit your hand though.
" I should" is not a reason to do anything.

I would go ahead and buy it. If you like it more than your Glock or 1911 then keep it, if not you won't lose much value by putting a few rounds through a well-kept pistol and placing it on the EE. Either that or wait until you can afford to own all 3, it's not like any of those are going anywhere any time soon!

Just buy it!

Yes... This is my all time favourate pistol for a different reason than most people. It was what I was carrying in 1997 when we go hit by an IED in Iraq. Shrapnel tore through most of my leg and a piece broke the lower receiver and embedded itself right on top if the Iliac without cutting it. I would have leg crushed or taken off and bled out if it wasn't for the 92 taking the initial impact. Many military institutions and law enforcement agencies spend countless hours and many dollars looking for the best and they selected Beretta. At first, I thought it cheesy that the 92 was popularized by and is associated with the Leathal Weapon series of movies and felt weird carrying it around for the longest time. Many people did think it was cool that it was featured in a movie which is a very valid reason to own one but I for one was not one of them. I could not appreciate how well built this things are until I need it to be. Well balanced, low recoil, very accurate, all metal and a pretty iconic design. As history has shown us military firearms such as the Luger, do keep their value and are sought after items. Composit firearms are all the rage now but the people in my formal unit still hold the addage that plastic guns are for boys.

I thought long and hard about the 92FS and finally got one, no regrets. Can't recall any feeding problems, it just seems to work all the time.
I find the magazines a bit hard to load due to stiff springs but the gun is a great shooter and one of my favourites now.

Just have to load and unload the mags over and over to get the springs to start breaking int they will soften up a bit.

If you want the pistol , go ahead and buy it.....we only live once . I have a 92FS in stainless....it really is a nice gun in both form and fuction.....

Get one and don't look back.

After I got mine, I started growing a mullet and hanging out with Dirt McGirt.

If you like the safety on the frame better get the Taurus PT92 or PT99.
If price is a problem get the Girsan 92.
