For those on a budget don't be afraid to pick up a Girsan in either the 92FS format or the Shorter Centurian size gun. They are good value, made on Beretta supplied equipment and are used by the Turkish military. I like the one I picked up for $400 gently used. I am so impressed with the platform I have pretty much decided to chase down a FS or Brigadier next spring.
