To help everyone understand...

I ordered a panzer III(pinned to 5 rounds of course) from them 6 months ago, still haven’t seen so much as a Schraube oder Niete. Dont tell me not to be belligerent.

Pffft.

I am still waiting for my Panther Ausf. D in day-glo orange & lime green camo, 12 months, not a peep.

I may ask for a refund and order the Panther II instead.

Had to wait a long time for the last order, almost 3 months, was I happy about it? no... but I know neither was IRG and it really is out of their control.

I still remember when IRG was starting up, and I could go meet him face to face, Im glad to see the business succeed, and thankful we have it around.

I've only made 3 purchases with IRG and all went very well. Staff is excellent to deal with. The last 2 purchases took a bit longer than expected, but when you step back, review the state of the supply chain and factor that in to the delay...all is actually pretty good, all things considering. Would I deal with IRG again? Absolutely yes.

Bought several firearms from IRG over the years. Always a good experience. Thanks again IRG.

For anyone interested in motivating someone else to help them, be nice to them.

There is a saying, "you treat ppl the same way you want to be treated"

Our biz (not gun related) is known for fast shipping and delivery, but due to the Canada Post delay, we have seen an increased number of rude ppl coming into the pipeline, and they are always new customers. Can't really blame them since they have no past experience with us.

Whenever we get an rude email, we simply take a deep breath and let it sit for a few hours, then take it as a small challenge of the day and respond with manner. I always thought if I can turn things around with our response, it would be a small achievement in my life, there are many times I wish I can respond with what I really want to say in a split second, but after a few hours, it no longer matters in your life. You gotta move on and enjoy your life.

But if the customer continues to be aholes after a few friendly responses, we simply turn on the monotone and you bet your rear that your emails are no longer being responded in a timely manner.

I am currently cued up and patiently waiting on the next import. I am so glad a service like irunguns exists. CZ 527 magazines for $30 cheaper even with exchange.... love it.

To help IRG understand

I guess I didn't drink the IRG koolaid?
IRG is a business selling a product at a profit.
They aint doing it as a favour to you.

Answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely fashion isnt too much to expect even if IRG throws a tantrum on the forum.
If you have to come on here to defend your customer service...it probably needs work?

Happy to hear that you guys had a good service with them, total opposite here.

Order couple thousands $$$ in rifles and accessories every year, from differents retailers from Canada and Usa, and IRG is the first one to let me down.

Was the first and last time dealing with them. Have lost 107$ USD to them, and when asking for refund, they said they would not.

Ao coste 150$ to learn never to deal with them again.

Haha you back again? Just have to use every opportunity to bash IRG don't cha?

I don't get it either. You're not being asked to split an atom. Th process is well documented and straight forward. The ranch rifle was my first transaction with IRG and it went off without a hitch. Plus I got a great deal.

This 101%

One would have to have some sort of contact with IRG to get belligerent in the first place. Tough to do when they dont answer the phone, reply to voicemails or answer enquiries from their site.

But they have time to post on here?!

Don't let that ringing phone bother you IRG!

Look, J----N you ordered 5 magazines from us on April 13th, you ordered off the US site not the Canadian site which clearly states there is a $25.00 USD flat rate shipping to Canada. Your order is here in Canada waiting for you to pay the GST of 5% and Canadian shipping to your door.

Sending nasty emails and bashing us is not going to change the fact we have imported and modified magazines for you. You need to finalize and pay the GST and Canadian shipping to your door. We are not double charging you as you seem to think. The process from ordering on www.irunguns.com has been the same for the last 10 years.

It also clearly states all over the website the following... which you also confirm you have read before the website will allow you to check out and make a purchase.
