Hello all,

I have a 1945 Russian TT-33, and was wondering if Chinese replacement grips from Marstar would fit this pistol with no modifications (i.e. drop right in)?

Thanks in advance.

They would...but I hope that's for shooting.
If you are collecting the TT33, I would advise you to find some TT33 grips...they're not that difficult to find.

But if you already have grips for your TT33, and they're too loose for shooting, that's another story.

Yes, the Chinese grips would only be for shooting.

I have had the Russian grips off and back on once already, and during that process the original brittle plastic grips had some very minor chips come off the inside where they are held to the frame. As I have to take the grips off once again, I was just going to put some cheap ones back on for now to avoid damaging the original grips.

I have the Chinese Tok from Marstar. It arrived with a chip out of the left grip; since then, whenever I fire it, more of the left grip chips away. Meanwhile the pin for the right grip simply fell off.

Just my way of saying Chinese grips may not be the way to go.
