Just came across a deactivated, 1943 Russian Tokarev on the EE, and the seller wants $350 for the thing.
Not that I want to buy it, but was just wondering if there could be something special about that paperweight that makes it worth almost twice the price of a fully functionnal, restricted TT33.
Not a rant about the EE ad, genuinely interested in the question. Could it have some kind of rare markings? I'm wondering why it was deactivated in the first place, but thats another subject.
thanks.
