That's good to know. I'll surely cross this series off the list.Be advised, the 6500 (top-of-the-line model) is basically a 4200 with a couple extra features, and tactical turrets.
Premier, S&B, USO and Nightforce.
Good one eh!!! At least someone appreciated it!
Anyone that groups Bushnell in with the best scopes in the world needs a crash course on optical quality.
.
...bushnell. OMFG.

4200 and 6500, no other scope manufacturer can even come close to the same quality for the price. Recoil tested to the equivelant of 10,000 rds of 375 before passing QC to be shipped. You will pay double the price with no gains optically. Pretty hard to beat. I guess some scopes are like Harleys, you pay for the name and thats it. Harleys must be seeing hard times, one that was $32,000 three years ago is going for $19,000. Whats that tell you if their still in business, they've been soaking people all along.
US Optics are definitely up there with S&B, Hensoldt, Premier and Nightforce, but they are notorious for not tracking well. There are many reports over on the Hide about top guys selling their USO for Nightforce.
IMO, owning a Nightforce and using a S&B, I don't see the value in the $1000 price jump to the S&B over the NF.
After shooting targets out to 1000 yds, the glass is definitely NOT worth the extra money.
I have never owned a S&B so can't comment on them however I can't see S&B or Hensholdt being worth the money they are asking when you can get a NF for considerably less(in some cases half!).
BTW No problems with my USO yet.

Huskamaw and Quigley must be so top of the line I've never heard of them.
