A little late to the party here, but since there haven't been too many votes for the Browning Buck Mark I thought I'd give my two cents. Just recommended it in a similar thread in the French section, maybe 'cause I stripped and cleaned mine just last night .

The Buck Mark was the first firearm I bought and I still regularly take it to the range six years later. Great look, great feel and shoots everything I feed it with amazing accuracy. I love it.

update :

received my mark III hunter

looks very good but one of the mag cant seem to lock into place, it just goes all the way but doest lock and i can pull it without the release button

anybody know how to fix this so i dont have to send the mag by mail to the store and pay 10$ shipping for a 30$ mag on a brand new gun

I've owned MkIII, MkIII 22/45, and Buckmark. Of the three, the MkIII was my favorite, but all three are good guns. Can't speak to the others mentioned in this thread.
