Tighter tolerances and/or a heavier recoil spring. Or maybe it's Sig USA somehow managing to screw up the original German design.Would it be that the Sig has tighter tolerances leaving it more prone to failure?..
now he needs to test a p226 from the elite lineup
stainless, enhanced or dark elite

According to Tim the Rex zero 1 has a tighter tolerance than the Sig Legion.
What did Tim base that assertion on?
He has an instagram video. The P226 rattles and the Rex doesn't. He doesn't take them apart and put micrometers to them, if that's what you're getting at.
