It's innovative for sure. No doubt about that. And I'd love to try it. But I don't think it would be as satisfying to shoot as a dumb gun. Proficiently that is.
Am I the only one that watches the car commercials and shakes my head at people demonstrating the no driver input parking assist features, or the blind spot warning devices? Or yells at the tv whenever that actor says "my heads up display warned me an accident might be imminent".....?
Look out the damn windows!!!
There is no such thing as a fair fight, cheat as much as you can. But know the basics first. There is something to be said for being skilled at the basics.
So it cost 10 000 for a 556 ar, takes a platform that is capable (depending on siting solution) 0-600 yard and makes it almost impossible to "rapidly" engage target at less then 50-100 yard and I would say very hard to use on moving target , what about military use? I can't see guy's using this thing getting fired at and trying to alling the crosshair at 50 yard and less, what about room clearing? Forget about it?
So you take a 0-600 yard gun and turned it into 100-600 yard that weighs the same as a 308 battle rifle with out the range and knock down power. I would hate being caught in a fire fight with one of those. Unless there a bypass for that electric trigger system?
