If you pickup Lymans Cast Bullet Handbook there are a lot of reduced loads meant for cast bullets but I've swapped jacketed bullets of the same weight for many of the loads and it works great. I've got my .300WM shooting with .30-30 recoil and still grouping around 1" @ 100yds using H4895 and loads from the Lyman book.
Some other powders for reduced loads are Unique, 2400, 700x, 800x, Bluedot, Herco, and some others. Only snag with those is the charges will take up only a tiny portion of the case so you could accidentally double, triple, or sometimes even quadruple charge and not have the case overflow. Trail Boss is always said to be safer as with a minimum 70% volume charge it's impossible to double charge and not have it all spill everywhere. With the others you just need to double, triple, or even quadruple check the cases with a flashlight before seating the bullet.
