Transfer times in BC

I have found that the 2502 line for private transfers if even more difficult to access than the 9530 line. Was finally able to get through to both today to move 2 private and 2 business transfers forward.

Thanks to the advice from this thread I was able to get my transfer processed today. Purchase mid July, nothing heard, transfer #59###x. 20 calls yesterday, 14 today, x9530 did the trick.

OK I have to apologize my transfers just came through so everyone just got bumped forward 2 approvals ahead :) purchased in end of August and on the 15th of September.

Well I called got through but she would only make sure my email was attached to the files :( I'm pretty sure it was because of my skin color purple people never get any respect. But seriously what a drag 40 minutes on hold. she said they were with the chief firearm officer now. which is exactly what they used to tell me when my Rpal renewal was taking a year to process. her advice "be patient" lol why didn't I think of that :p

My newest was started on Aug 4th and I got my transfer notice email yesterday.

Over the last three days I have called 157 times from BC. First they don't open for BC till 9 pst. I got thru the first level only twice. They then kept me on hold for exactly ten minutes and then hung up saying they had technical issues. Then at 2 pm PST both days the new message as that they are now closed for the day. I used the 9530 extension

Mine just came through I purchased it on the 20th of september, I figures out the trick to get through to the CFO I used it twice and it worked both times :) so Everyone in BC just moved two approvals closer to being approved and the sales have dropped so it should start to move faster (so they said anywho) my only problem now is getting the dealer in Ontario to believe that my Transfer went through in 3 days. if its not one thing its another
